I aspire to be a Renaissance Man-- Equal parts Artist, Architect, Scientist, Poet and Engineer. My philosophy in education, and in practice, has been to make myself as dangerous as possible in all of the fields I can. Ultimately I believe that dedicating myself to multiple fields makes me a better supervisor and educator, and my personal mission statement is to view every challenge and opportunity as a chance to hone my skills as well as the skills of my colleagues. When we invest in people, we reap the ultimate return on that investment.
